Job summary

A fusion power company in Everett, WA is seeking a Build Engineer to drive the execution of innovative fusion generator assemblies. In this role, you will have ownership of the manufacturing and assembly processes, working closely with design engineers. Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, assembly, or integration of multidisciplinary hardware.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute assembly for generator subsystems.
• Collaborate with production to develop prototypes.
• Drive quality and efficiency in build processes.

Skills

Hands-on experience in multidisciplinary hardware

Effective technical communication

Experience with CAD software

End-to-end ownership of a build

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
