Job summary

Paradigm US in Colorado is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to own the mass properties of the entire vehicle and to design and develop flight hardware for advanced defense aerospace programs. You will engineer mechanical systems to perform under extreme environments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, 7–15+ years of experience in mechanical design and mass properties analysis, and expert knowledge of flight vehicle structural design and NX.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in mechanical design and mass properties analysis.
  • Expertise in flight vehicle structural design and NX proficiency required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the mass properties of the entire vehicle and contribute to designing flight hardware for defense aerospace programs.
  • Engineer mechanical systems to perform flawlessly in extreme environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structural integrity and manufacturability.
