Qualifications

5+ years working as a mechanical engineer or engineering lead at a Fortune 500 or major industrial company.
Direct ownership of large-scale product designs, manufacturing processes, or engineering certification programs.
Fluency in enterprise mechanical engineering tooling and methodologies; understand regulatory certification processes.

Responsibilities

Construct enterprise mechanical engineering scenarios spanning complex product design cycles and manufacturing or regulatory certification processes at F500 accounts.
Build tasks across CAD modeling, thermal/fluid analyses, structural and stress analysis, and manufacturing process engineering.
Develop scenarios involving SolidWorks, ANSYS, CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, and PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill).
Apply enterprise methodologies (FEA/CFD, Six Sigma/DFSS, GD&T per ASME Y14.5 or ISO GPS) and produce reference designs and narratives.
Author rubrics distinguishing authentic enterprise judgment from coursework-level recall.
