Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years as mechanical engineer or engineering lead at a Fortune 500 or major industrial company
- Direct ownership of large-scale product designs or manufacturing processes
- Fluency in engineering tooling and methodologies, plus understanding of safety standards and regulatory certification
- Professional engineering credential (US PE or international equivalent) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Construct enterprise mechanical engineering scenarios across design cycles, reviews, and regulatory processes at Fortune 500 accounts
- Build tasks across product design, CAD modeling, thermal/fluid, structural analysis, manufacturing, and reliability/failure analysis
- Develop scenarios using SolidWorks, ANSYS, CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, and PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill)
- Apply FEA/CFD, DFM/DFA, Six Sigma/DFSS, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 or ISO GPS; produce reference specs and narratives
- Author rubrics distinguishing authentic enterprise judgment from generic coursework
