BI Incorporated, a leading technology company in Boulder, Colorado, seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop and test mechanical components for electronic products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product introductions and process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 10 years of experience in electronics-related mechanical design, and strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience in mechanical engineering for electronic parts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide audience, both technical and non-technical.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Goal oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and tests mechanical components and equipment.
• Supports new product introductions including vendor sourcing, approvals and costing.
• Leads manufacturing teams in product and process improvements.
• Maintains detailed reports for payback and ROI, routing and methods documentation.
