Job summary

REV Robotics in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to drive innovation for ION and DUO products. You will design, test, and refine mechanical and electrical systems, leveraging FIRST Robotics experience to empower students and teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of mechanical engineering, product design, and project management.
• OnShape, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks proficiency required.
• Engineering focus on mechanical design with electrical/software knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on machine shop experience.
• Experience with manufacturing in Asia and FIRST Robotics teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, research, innovate, build, test, and improve mechanical and electrical devices, equipment, and systems.
• Create 3D CAD models of new products.
• Determine the best manufacturing methods for various components.
• Perform engineering calculations and tolerance analyses (GD&T).
• Design fixtures for testing/calibration/QA and support product roadmap.
• Provide information and materials to marketing and customer success.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
