Job summary

ARRAY Tech, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Engineer III to own design of components and subsystems, driving cost reductions, reliability, and performance. You will use CAD/FEA tools and collaborate across engineering and other functions to meet program targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 7+ years of hands-on design experience, with SolidWorks proficiency and strong communication skills. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years designing mechanical components and systems.
• Experience with FEA, DFMA and DFMEA.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Take design ownership for components and subsystems.
• Lead DFMEA/DFMA analyses and cost reduction efforts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet program targets.
• Develop design requirements and test plans; support qualification.
