Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to drive the next generation of tracker products. You will lead mechanical design, RMAs and DFMEA/DFMA analyses, using SolidWorks and FEA to optimize performance, reliability and manufacturability.

Expect collaboration across management, engineering and quality teams to deliver robust components. Responsibilities include leading engineering changes, root-cause analysis, and creating design records aligned with MRD and stage-gate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years of experience developing mechanical components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCAs and redesigns to address field failures.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet program targets.
• Develop design concepts in SolidWorks and verify with DFMA/DFMEA/FEA.
• Create DRDs, MRDs and stage-gate documentation to support product roadmaps.
• Oversee testing and analysis to ensure safety and performance.
