Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, complex system design, reliability testing, and DOE.

Responsibilities

• Bridge design concepts to manufacturing while mentoring peers across teams.
• Lead Mechanical System Design: generate concepts, review architectures for products and components.
• Drive DOE-based testing to evaluate performance, reliability, and interactions.
• Identify root causes, implement robust solutions and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide technical direction to peers.
• Develop potentially patentable mechanical systems or process technologies.
• Present complex findings and project results to diverse audiences.
