Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in mechanical engineering or science with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading mechanical engineering on multidisciplinary programs.
• Strong hands-on design skills with SolidWorks and manufacturing awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and development, coordinating with electrical, systems, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop mechanical components and subsystems for military training products.
• Create manufacturing packages and support life-cycle sustainment.
• Prepare engineering drawings with GD&T and maintain BOM/configuration control.
