Webuild Staffing is actively seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) to lead complex HVAC and mission-critical infrastructure projects across the Northeast U.S. You will guide complete project lifecycles, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure reliability and energy efficiency in high-density data centers and large facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Active PE license with 10+ years of progressive experience.
• Experience designing and managing HVAC/ME infrastructure for mission-critical facilities.
• Proven leadership directing teams and managing client/stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project lifecycles from concept to commissioning.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners.
• Perform HVAC capacity planning, load calculations, and system design.
• Interpret CFD analyses, select equipment, and ensure system redundancy.
• Ensure alignment with requirements, budgets, uptime targets, and energy goals.
