Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in MEP engineering.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Hands-on design with CAD/REVIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the firm in client, contractor, and project-team interactions.
• Create basic designs and develop specifications and system narratives.
• Prepare system layouts for multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain interdisciplinary integration.
• Support technical leadership and mentoring within the unit.
