This role involves designing mechanical systems and managing high-impact projects while ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in mechanical design, a PE license, and strong leadership abilities. The pay range is between $150,000 and $170,000, depending on skills and experience.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in project management or mechanical design.
• Preferred experience in data center, mission-critical, or telecom industries.
• Experience with building design.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review CAD drawings and mechanical documentation.
• Compute loads and perform detailed calculations.
• Apply relevant mechanical codes and standards.
• Develop equipment room sizes during SD and DD phases.
• Select and schedule equipment, and coordinate with vendors.
• Mentor designer-level staff and provide QA/QC guidance.
• Manage multiple project work plans within budgeted hours.
