Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management or mechanical design.
• Preferred experience in data center, mission-critical, or telecom industries.
• Experience with building design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review CAD drawings and mechanical documentation.
• Compute loads and perform detailed calculations.
• Apply relevant mechanical codes and standards.
• Develop equipment room sizes during SD and DD phases.
• Select and schedule equipment, and coordinate with vendors.
• Mentor designer-level staff and provide QA/QC guidance.
• Manage multiple project work plans within budgeted hours.
