Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• PE license in the United States with ability to obtain licensure in West Virginia.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate to the Charleston, WV area.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering services including technical leadership, project oversight, and supervision within the mechanical engineering team.
• Lead or supervise mechanical engineering project requirements and act as Project Discipline Lead.
• Function as the Mechanical Engineering Lead on assigned projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities with technical input and bid evaluations.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and project schedules.
• Mentor junior personnel and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
