Lockheed Martin RMS Moorestown, NJ is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support multiple SPY-7 and Aegis programs, focusing on mechanical design, development, and analyses of cabinet assemblies for electronics.

The role requires CREO CAD modeling, ANSYS structural and thermal analysis, and the ability to coordinate with senior engineers and obtain a U.S. DoD SECRET clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary engineering teams in cabinets/mechanical equipment development/Shelters.
• Strong experience with design CAD/modeling using CREO.
• Strong experience with structural analysis using ANSYS.
• Strong experience with thermal analysis using ANSYS IcePak.
• Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mechanical design, development and analyses for electronic cabinet assemblies.
• Perform overall design and structural and thermal analyses of cabinet assemblies.
• Coordinate with senior internal or external personnel on significant technical matters.
• Select and utilize Commercial Off the Shelf components and custom hardware as needed.
• Support programmatic requirements and help meet major organizational objectives.
