Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a candidate to support cabinet sub-system level testing within RMS operations, using hardware and software to test and validate performance.

The role involves designing and updating test procedures, adapting equipment, estimating test costs, and translating product specs into production test specs, while collaborating with design engineers.

A government security clearance is required; US citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have experience/familiarity with Linux OS.
• Candidate should have experience/familiarity with RF, Digital and Analog measurement / troubleshooting techniques, digital signal probing, electrical schematic development and analysis.
• Ability to develop software in a test environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware in a test environment.
• Candidate should have experience/familiarity with design, procurement, assembly and documentation of automated test stations.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced, team oriented manufacturing environment.
• Effectively communicates written and orally.
• Candidate must be able to obtain an interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Support Cabinet sub-system level testing within RMS operations via hardware and software.
• Determine the most efficient/economical method for production testing.
• Generate and update test procedures.
• Adapt/modify existing test equipment or design new equipment and circuits to meet test specification requirements.
• Estimate cost of testing and test equipment to assure quality performance of manufactured electronic equipment and components.
