Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems and codes.
• Proficiency with Revit and modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and develop mechanical system designs.
• Prepare and review construction documents and drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients throughout design.
• Plan scope, budget, schedule, and manpower estimates.
• Review designs for constructability and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Communicate project requirements and progress to clients.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Contribute to final design reviews and project closeout.
