• BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems and building codes.
• Proficiency in Revit and engineering modeling software; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and develop mechanical system designs in compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, architects, and other disciplines throughout the design process.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and manpower estimates.
• Review engineering designs for accuracy, constructability, coordination, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to designers and junior engineers.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, design solutions, and progress.
• Resolve technical challenges through sound engineering judgment and practical application of mechanical engineering principles.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget with quality standards.
• Perform final design reviews prior to project completion.
