Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• A minimum of 10 years in mechanical system design for commercial or institutional buildings.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized in the position location.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated leadership, team coordination and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Mechanical Engineers with a multidiscipline team through the project lifecycle.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, design and production meetings for mechanical systems.
• Lead the mechanical design across multiple projects including reviews with code authorities.
• Coordinate and conduct schematic, design development, and contract document sessions on-site with PM, architect and other disciplines.
• Manage workload to meet project schedules and track financial performance.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Regional Controller, and Regional Director for project reviews.
