Qualifications

• Experience in electronics packaging for the defense industry or related field.
• Ability to assemble mechanical prototypes and perform advanced testing.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test mechanical design concepts and prototypes.
• Use SolidWorks and FEA to design packaging, structures, and PCB layouts.
• Assess design risk and conduct design reviews.
• Lead cross-functional product development teams.
• Create test requirements and manuals; support production.
