Job summary

Antenna Research Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Antenna Engineer to advance R&D contracts and support product development.

You will develop new antenna/array concepts and provide technical leadership across design, testing and production activities for defense applications. The role requires hands-on experience with phased arrays, broadband antennas, and EM modeling tools, plus the ability to obtain US security clearance.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in antenna design, RF systems, or related engineering fields.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance, US Citizenship required.
Hands-on experience in analysis, design, prototyping, and implementation of antenna/array systems for military EW, ISR, radar and communications.
Background in development and analysis of active phased array and broadband antenna systems.
Working knowledge of military EW, ISR, communications and radar systems.

Responsibilities

Develop antenna/array systems for DoD EW, ISR, radar and communications applications.
Test antenna systems, analyze results, and assess design and manufacturing processes.
Write technical reports and present results to stakeholders.
Support proposals and win contracts for R&D in antenna technologies.
Collaborate with Government and Prime Contractors on contracts and technology transition.
