Job summary

You will create 3D models in SolidWorks, generate design documentation, perform FEA/CFD analyses, review specs, and drive manufacturability and Six Sigma integration while meeting performance and schedule

Qualifications

• Design electromechanical sensing devices for aerospace, including Flow Meters and Sensors.
• Perform FEA and CFD analyses to verify design margins under static and thermal loads.
• Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks.
• Review specifications to ensure six sigma, reliability and manufacturability goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electromechanical sensing devices for aerospace applications.
• Create 3D models and technical documentation (design reports, FMEA, test procedures).
• Perform structural, thermal, fatigue, and dimensional analyses (FEA, hand calculations).
• Integrate Six Sigma, reliability and manufacturability into product designs while meeting schedules.
