Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in mechanical or aerospace engineering; 10+ years experience.
• Experience with 3D modeling: CREO/AutoCAD; ANSYS preferred.
• English speaking/writing; ability to lift up to 35 lbs; export control compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead/assist development of electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems.
• Design and analyze subsystems for electromechanical and electrohydraulic systems.
• Manage prototype builds, planning, fabrication, and documentation.
• Assess and resolve product/process issues through the lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis with cross-functional teams and dispositions for complex nonconformances.
• Lead development, test and production activities and coordinate supplier integration.
• Prepare schematics, diagrams, drawings, and test reports.
• Participate in program reviews and technical reviews.
• Perform testing and prepare test reports for components and subsystems.
