Job Description
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at CRB, you'll work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing a single, comprehensive project delivery. You'll collaborate and learn continuously among experts in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, automation engineering; architecture and lab planning; procurement, estimation, virtual design & construction, health & safety, and construction management. This diversity enables us to provide innovative solutions to the Life Sciences and Food & Beverage industries, where speed, quality, and creativity are paramount.
This role offers flexibility, with options to work locally in a hybrid capacity or remotely, with occasional onsite collaboration.
How will I contribute?
You will oversee discipline deliverables and budgets on projects of varying complexity, coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors. You will manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and direct project work. You may serve as the mechanical point-of-contact for clients and other disciplines, assist with project code analysis, and prepare bid, permit, and construction deliverables, including details and specifications. You will develop project documents like calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications, ensuring coordination across disciplines from conception to completion. Additionally, you will mentor early-career engineers on HVAC, plant and utility, plumbing, and gas systems projects.
