Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a senior HVAC/mechanical engineer to lead design from concept to construction administration. You will develop drawings, specs, calculations, and equipment selections, and perform load and ventilation calculations.

You will coordinate with architectural, electrical, and structural teams, support RFIs and submittals, mentor junior engineers, and engage in client meetings to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• WI PE license required; IL PE preferred.
• 10+ years HVAC/mechanical engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
