The Role

As Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll own critical mechanical systems from concept to deployment. You’ll design, prototype, and test hardware that must survive heat, debris, and chaos - working hands‑on with a small, elite team to ship real robots into the field.

You will:

• Lead design and integration of mechanical and electromechanical subsystems
• Create CAD, prototypes, and test rigs; run design reviews and FEA
• Drive reliability, manufacturability, and performance improvements

About You

• BS+ in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in complex hardware design (robotics, aerospace, or similar)
• Strong CAD/FEA (SolidWorks, Ansys) and GD&T experience
• Hands‑on, detail‑driven, thrives in fast‑paced environments
