Johnston is seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer to create and coordinate Revit models for HVAC systems within a design team. You will develop mechanical drawings, perform load calculations, and support equipment selection and vendor coordination under the supervision of the Project Engineer.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical drafting/design, strong Revit/BIM skills, and experience with healthcare, government, education, or technology project design. On-site work in Texas is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 5+ years mechanical drafting/design experience from concept to client delivery.
• Experience with HVAC design and central utility plants.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM.

• Develops and modifies Revit models of mechanical systems and components according to established standards and BIM modeling techniques.
• Checks model for design interferences with other building elements and resolves conflicts.
• Produces equipment schedules and details with input from the engineering team.
