Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a CAD Designer to develop facility and site drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3D for pipeline and facility projects. You will set up grids, sheets, notes, and details, and coordinate with Drafters to produce complete deliverables.

The role requires creating 2D drawings from 3D models, leveraging point clouds for existing conditions, and translating P&ID data into practical designs for projects across the US. This is a remote full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of advanced AutoCAD and CADworx experience.
• Experience generating installation details, panel layouts, and wiring schematics for pipeline/facility projects.
• Technical degree or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CAD designs from general instruction to detailed finish.
• Create facility/site drawings using AutoCAD and Plant 3D.
• Set up grids, plans, sheets, title blocks and notes for complete packages.
• Collaborate with Drafters to assemble project deliverables.
• Create 2D drawings from 3D models and model from P&ID packages.
• Model existing conditions from point clouds for facility projects.
