Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Designer III to support an Engineering Team Lead with design and task directions for power, lighting, and low voltage systems projects. The role demands deep technical expertise in at least one design area and strong collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

Minimum 8 years in mechanical design and 5 years in product development are preferred. Travel up to 15% and a standard 7:00–17:00 work window apply, with potential after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive mechanical design experience.
• 5 years of product development experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.
• Location: United States; Monday–Friday schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Performs design work for power, lighting, and low voltage systems.
• Prepares CAD drawings and verifies accuracy against design input.
• Collaborates with estimators and project managers on design intent.
• Presents designs to clients and documents assumptions to mitigate risk.
• Leads and coordinates design staff activities related to design functions.
