GFT, Marlton, NJ, is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Designer to join our Buildings + Places Team. The role focuses on designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for diverse projects, with emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability.

The successful candidate will lead design efforts, coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams, and document work in REVIT, supporting BIM workflows while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with engineering guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection system design.
• HVAC load calculations and equipment performance documentation.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE and ASPE guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Design building HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Lead and participate in meetings with clients, state/city agencies, utility service reps, and project teams.
• Deliver projects on time and within client budgets.
• Deliver projects in compliance with client and company quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• Document work in REVIT and support BIM workflows.
