Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design, with national retail rollout experience preferred.
• Understands project schedules and budgets and can work within project guidelines.
• Proficiency in Revit and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design tasks including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and process piping under supervision.
• Prepare sketches, technical comparisons and design calculations.
• Research code issues and coordinate with city, state, and county officials.
• Contribute to business development by delivering quality production work and client relationship support.
