Job summary

Notch Mechanical Constructors in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer with Energy/HVAC/Thermal Fluid focus to join our team. You will design and layout mechanical piping systems for building systems and plant utilities, provide technical direction, and support project execution across MA, CT, RI.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in mechanical engineering field.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout for HVAC, plumbing, and energy retrofit projects.
• Provide technical direction and interpret drawings and specs.
• Procure bulk materials and subcontractors per procedures.
• Field layout of piping systems and generate isometrics.
• Coordinate with project managers and field crews.
