Job summary

MST Technology, Inc. in Oak Ridge, TN seeks an experienced Mechanical Designer to develop 3D models, detailed drawings, and fabrication packages using Creo and Windchill.

Responsibilities include creating components, subassemblies and main assemblies, plus drafting detailed BOMs and datasheets. The role requires independent work with project engineers on containment systems, gloveboxes, cleanrooms, and related equipment, and candidates must meet security clearance requirements and US citizenship

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Expert proficiency with Creo and Windchill including GD&T.
• Experience designing containment systems or related equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Detailed Creo model creation for components, subassemblies and main assemblies.
• Prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs, and equipment datasheets.
• Establish file naming conventions and Windchill folder structures; provide drawing checks.
