Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design of automated machinery.
• Experience with designing fixtures, jigs, and tooling for precision automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of custom automation systems.
• Create manufacturing-ready 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform design reviews.
• Collaborate with controls and software engineers for system integration.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Support onsite installation, startup, and commissioning.
