Diversified Services Network is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer – Power Electronics in Mossville, IL. The role focuses on mechanical design, validation, and testing of electric drive product systems, reporting to the Mechanical Design Lead and collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 5+ years (or 3+ years with MS) of relevant experience, strong Creo skills, and a solid understanding of tolerancing and heat transfer

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with required experience.
• Experience in mechanical design and power electronics context preferred.
• Proficiency in Creo and tolerancing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design release and checking for mechanical components.
• Mechanical design concepting, validation, fit-up, assembly, and testing.
• Collaborate with suppliers for manufacturing considerations.
