Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or downhole drilling operations
• At least 10 years of design and product development experience in downhole tools

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience with remedial, milling, and fishing tools design engineering
• Knowledge of drilling and/or completions tools

Skills & Competencies

• Creativity, curiosity, product vision, growth mindset, problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably Pro/ENGINEER Creo)
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and FEA analysis (Abaqus or equivalent)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes like machining, casting, injection molding, and additive manufacturing
• Ability to improve products, processes, and workflows proactively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
