Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery in the Milwaukee area is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Development. You will lead design and development of innovative products, drive verification plans, and ensure performance, quality and reliability from concept through production.

The role requires 7+ years in product development engineering, strong 3D CAD/FEA skills, and proven cross-functional leadership. Master’s degree is preferred and LabVIEW/MATLAB/CFD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

7+ years of product development engineering experience.
Strong mechanical design and analysis skills, including 3D CAD, FEA, material selection, DFM/DFA.
Deep verification and testing experience with test plans/specifications and lab/certification coordination.
Proven technical project leadership and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales and customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of new products and improvements aligned with requirements.
Maintain technical integrity of designs for performance, quality and reliability.
Develop and document verification tests and coordinate with internal/external labs and certification bodies.
Direct cross-functional projects, mentor engineering staff, and evaluate new technologies.
