Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience in industrial machinery or heavy equipment.

• Strong understanding of machine dynamics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex design challenges.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
