Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate mechanical systems and components from concept through production.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform engineering analyses, including structural, thermal, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure successful product development and production.
• Support prototype fabrication, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to optimize product performance, quality, and cost.
