Job summary

Search Masters in Dayton, OH is seeking a skilled mechanical engineer to lead the development, design, and engineering analysis of commercial fans, components, structures and assemblies. You will use PTC Creo for 3D modeling and product development initiatives.

You will perform FEA with ANSYS and Creo to validate designs, drive new product development from concept to prototyping and production release, and manage the full lifecycle from prototyping to completion of commercial products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience designing metal products.
• Proficiency in any 3D CAD software platform.
• Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methodologies and tools.
• BSME degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design, and engineering analysis of commercial fans, components, structures, and assemblies.
• Utilize PTC Creo for 3D modeling, detailed design, and product development initiatives.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS and PTC Creo to validate designs and ensure structural integrity.
• Drive new product development efforts from initial concept through prototyping and final production release.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including prototyping through completion of commercial-grade products.
