Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lead to guide a team of design engineers in new product development and heavy equipment projects. You will drive Creo-based design, development, validation, and manufacturing documentation, coordinating with manufacturing, quality, testing, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and high performance.

Mentor engineers, oversee ECN/ECR changes, and apply DFMEA and robust design practices to elevate product lifecycle

• Strong Creo skills for 3D modeling, assemblies, and drawings are required.
• Review designs, CAD models, GD&T, and manufacturing documentation.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality, cost, and performance targets.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on design best practices.
• Support design reviews, engineering change management (ECN/ECR), and product lifecycle activities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, materials, manufacturing processes, and DFMEA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
