Job summary

Lumicity in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer II to support multiple new product development programs in advanced medical technologies. This hands-on role requires independent ownership of mechanical CAD from concept through manufacturing transfer, with strong PTC Creo expertise and the ability to drive design decisions and tradeoffs.

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, build prototypes, perform tolerance analysis, and lead DFMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of mechanical design engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with PTC Creo
• Experience creating and interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of tolerance stack-up analysis
• Experience taking mechanical designs from concept through production
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
