Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET/TAC-accredited program.
• Minimum of five years post-licensure in engineering with demonstrated knowledge of design and construction principles.
• Current registration or licensure as a Professional Engineer in the United States; NJ license within six months.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, design, and budget mechanical systems for renovation, alteration, and new construction projects.
• Interface with project management, maintenance, safety, controls, commissioning and utilities teams to ensure designs are implemented properly from conception to final acceptance.
• Review, sign, and seal in-house mechanical designs and provide professional engineering review of external consultant documents for compliance with standards and codes.
