Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead design and development of mechanical systems at our Rockford facility. You will create CAD models, drawings, and manuals, perform calculations, and support manufacturing with strong problem solving and customer-facing responsiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related Associate with 5+ years), plus 5+ years in manufacturing/fixture design, with proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, and PDM.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent Associate degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or fixture/machine tool design.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Excel, AutoCAD, Inventor, PDM; machine design capabilities preferred; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage engineering projects from inception to completion across small to large scales.
• Create and maintain CAD models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies, manuals, and instructions.
• Perform design calculations and conduct FEM analyses as needed.
• Provide shop support for manufacturing of products and resolve customer-related issues.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and accounting to ensure project efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with electrical/controls engineers to integrate mechanical aspects.
• Establish new products or lines related to mechanical engineering.
