5+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience is required, with proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA. Compensation ranges from $55–$100/hour, and about 50 positions are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD modeling and FEA.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
• Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong understanding of stress analysis, FEA principles, and engineering validation.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D CAD models of mechanical components using SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
• Interpret technical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Document component requirements, specifications, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Provide insights on stress analysis and FEA tasks.
• Review and improve CAD outputs and technical documentation.
• Provide expert feedback to evaluate and improve AI-generated engineering outputs.
