Job summary

Northwest Aerospace Technologies (NAT), a Safran Company, is seeking a Level 3 Mechanical Engineer to lead design from concept through production for aerospace interior projects in the US. The role involves producing parts lists, drawings and documents, while ensuring quality and certification standards are met and working with senior engineers for cross-disciplinary growth.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree required or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of aerospace experience.
• Fluent in English and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from concept through production using engineering tools.
• Prepare engineering packages, including parts lists and drawings.
• Ensure drawings and documents meet NAT quality standards and certification requirements.
• Work with Senior/Project Engineers to grow technically across disciplines.
• Develop scope of work and program definitions for customer requirements.
