Pow.bio is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to design and deliver attitude control systems for hypersonic strike vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with over 5 years of aerospace design experience. Responsibilities include developing propellant tanks and valves, performing structural analyses, and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mechanical design for aerospace or high-performance fluid/propulsion systems.
Strong background in pressure vessel design and high-pressure component integration.
Familiarity with sealing methods and cleanliness requirements for high-reliability fluid systems.
Responsibilities
Design and develop ACS hardware, including propellant tanks and valves.
Lead the architecture and detailed design of pressure vessels.
Perform structural and thermal analyses to ensure performance and reliability.
