Pay Range: $85,000 - $135,000/annually

This role is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of engineered fluid-transfer components and mechanical hardware used in demanding commercial, aerospace, and defense applications. As a hands‑on individual contributor, you will lead products through the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through validation, production, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, customers, and suppliers to solve complex engineering challenges, drive technical decisions, and deliver practical, manufacturable solutions. Product-specific industry experience is not required; success in this role is driven by strong engineering judgment, technical leadership, and a passion for solving problems.
