Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager, Site Deployment - Mechanical Design Assurance to provide operational mechanical review for new builds and major expansions across North America.

You will represent Site Operations during design reviews and ensure designs are operable, maintainable, safe, and reliable. Working with Design Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Site Operations, you will influence equipment selections, commissioning strategies and turnover

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate operator concerns across design, construction, commissioning and site operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% within North America to support project milestones.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and related project documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Site Deployment representative for mechanical design assurance across projects.
• Review design packages, sequences of operation and vendor submissions for operability and maintainability.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Site Operations to ensure design intent is carried into construction and turnover.
