Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager, Site Deployment - Mechanical Design Assurance, to provide operationally focused mechanical review for new data center builds across North America.

You will represent Site Operations during design development, reviews, and turnover, ensuring operable, safe, and reliable systems. You will work closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Business Operations, and Site Operations teams, driving design decisions with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center operations or mission‑critical infrastructure delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of data center mechanical systems and review of drawings/submittals.
• Ability to identify operability, maintainability, reliability and lifecycle risks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Deployment representative for mechanical design assurance across campuses.
• Review design packages for operability, maintainability and reliability.
• Evaluate equipment selections and submittals for operational impact.
• Support RFIs, commissioning strategies, and turnover readiness.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Construction, and Site Operations teams.
• Capture lessons learned and feed into design standards.
